Shipping + Returns

All in-stock orders will be prepared to ship within 4-5 business days.

UK Customers

For shippings within the UK, items are posted via Royal Mail and most packages will arrive within 3-5 working days after shipping. Shipping costs are calculated per order.

International Orders

 For shippings overseas, items are posted via UPS for delivery within 3-7 working days for Europe and 10-15 working days for outside Europe. Shipping costs are currently charged based on orders. Once orders have been shipped, an email notification with a tracking number and delivery details will be sent to you.

Returns

All pieces are handmade, and therefore no two pieces will be identical. There will also be subtle imperfections; these include variations in the materials as well as traces of the making process.

In case you are unhappy with your item, please get in touch within 3-5 working days of receiving at a.javed2do@gmail.com. A full refund will be arranged wherever possible, excluding shipping and packaging costs.

Refunds are only acceptable if your item is unused and returned in its original condition, as delivered.

Commission pieces are non-refundable.
